In some, but not all worlds, after conversion to 1.8, I am unable to build or break blocks. All other right and left click actions work in those worlds (load inventory in chests, fight mobs, access forges, craft tools, etc).

Noticed glitch after transition between a server world where my kids play together, to my own 'training world', where I explore features before I show the kids. My world is effectively just a mob killing static environment now.

I have noticed that about 50% of the kids' independent worlds are likewise affected. New worlds are not affected. It appears that the more complex the world (size, railways, buildings and extensive crafting), the more likely it is to fail.

On a related note, the 1.8 Server data display also remains invisible on the console, but remains accessible by players. I suspect it is a Java issue, but have not been able to figure it out.
