When I shot arrows to any block and then I want to destroy them by tnt or creeper explosion or by lava, they cant be destroyed.

What actually happened was...:
Arrows that I want to destroy by explosion, fall down to crater or stay sticked on the block (obsidian).
Arrows that I want to destroy by lava looks like they have been set on fire but they wont burn out and lava cant pass through them and stay static even when you picked them up.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Shot some arrows to the ground or block you want
2a. Place TNT next to the arrows or over them (may be another bug)
2b. Make creeper explode next to the arrows
2c. Empty bucket of lava next to the arrows

Doesnt matter on game mode, tested both
Tested on version 1.4.6 and earlier versions
Tested even with skeleton arrows
