Lagging on PC

      After Minecraft update I am lagging. Running Windows 7. I tried deleting cookies and temp files, restart. Nothing worked. Just in case I also did virus scan and PC cleanup to no avail. I thought about deleting and reloading but I'm not sure if I will lose all my saved worlds
