Minecraft is being all choppy

      My specs:
      Pentium(R)Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz 2.99GHz
      8.00GB RAM(1gb allocated to MC)
      64-Bit OS
      Nivida GEforce 9500 GT
      ---------------------
      In 1.7,I wasn't choppy with the same settings.These are for 1.8:
      In 1.8,they said frames would improve,but they didn't and got worse.Could it only be for low end computers?
