In Snapshot 13w02a the bottles are not shown on the brewing stand.
In Version 1.4.7 it works.
The first picture is from 1.4.7, the second from Snapshot 13w02a.
It is in the same world, nothing changed. The left brewing stand contains water bottles, the right doesn't.
