Description

Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was...:
I should be able to climb from a vine onto a ladder

What actually happened was...:
I stopped at the top of the vine without climbing onto the ladder

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a tree with vines (jungle tree)
2. Climb to top of vines
3. Put a ladder on a blank block above the block with the top of the vines
4. Note that you can't continue climbing up onto the ladder
