Locking difficulty and re-opening the game/world unlocks again

      What I expected to happen was...:
      When you lock the difficulty in a world it should be saved

      What actually happened was...:
      When you lock the difficulty and re-open the world or the game it unlocks again

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Lock the difficulty in a world
      2. Re-open that world or the game and see that the difficulty is not locked
