i logged on to the new snapshot to make a redstone thing i log on and my hand is blue so i F5 it and the basic skin file is messed up it looks like my body is my head my right arm is my body (first person) my left arm and leg is my hat layer and my head i think is my legs and my body is one of my legs to and my head (/give @p minecraft:head 1 3

) is completely fine and unafected
