Powered (furnace) minecart stops after curve

      Created a spiral with one down block every 16 blocks, a powered mine cart is started at the top, and will stop after the first or second curve (32 or 64 blocks of movement).
      See attached screenshot. Cart started at arrow, ended in foreground (still steaming)
