I placed some EnderCrystals with the command:

/summon EnderCrystal ~ ~1 ~

Everything worked fine, but after a bit amount of time they disappear. When I log out and in again, they are back there where they should be.

I wasn't in the End and I can't tell, if this happens to natural generated EnderCrystals too.
