The issue is that rabbits (with the exception of the Killer Rabbit) seem to use the AI of any other animal, and no longer flee the player, and cannot be tamed.
I don't really know what happened, but whenever you spawn a rabbit (in creative or survival) it seems to not be bothered by the player's presence and will practically ignore the player.
The rabbits movement is also more like other mobs, but this movement looks stuttery and is worse then the previous leaping motion.
They can also no longer be tamed and when you try to feed them a carrot the same thing happens as when you feed any passive mob a food item, they don't get tamed but still enter love mode.
If you hit the rabbit, it will leap around the place randomly, like pigs, cows, sheep, etc...
