What I expected to happen was...:
The hook to go in the water and eventuly bob signifiing a fish, some loot,

What actually happened was...:
When fishing the float/hook hovvers above the water and does nothing!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Walk to water.
2. Right click with a fishing rod equiped while looking at the water directly.
3. The Hook will float above the water by about 1 block and ocationaly judder.
