The wolf i tamed would teleport to me when i reach some distance from it

Acctually the wolf didn´t teleported (i was in survival when i first experienced this so it was a mess to find a wolf in a forest) however i found it and he continued to walk towards me, but at its normal speed and still didn´t teleported. then i tested on creative and found that if i are quite far from the tamed wolf/wolves it doesnt move, just stand still, but keeps staring at me, so the AI knows that the wolf should be following me, but still doesn´t teleports, and eventually stays in the unlodaded chunks if i go farder.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. take a tamed wolf or tame one
      2. let him follow you, you can sprint, or be in creative and fly to go away from him
      3. You can see that he is following you, but when you reach a distance, it just stand still, instead of teleporting, even if you touch ground if you are flying, and the same if you sprint away from him, happens both survival and creative. Anyway he keeps staring at you
