Harvest a bunch of wheat/carrots/potatoes and sometimes one will appear to be still in the ground even though it isn't there. Plant something next to it and it'll disappear. Similar to the 'phantom block' issue when multi-threaded chunk rendering was introduced, where a block appeared to still be there even though it was physically gone.
