Render glitch when changing versions.

      When you play a snapshot, I am playing 14w33c at the moment, and you put your render past the default (16), when you go back down to 1.7.10, the games crashes.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1: Open a world in 14w33c or whenever the increased render was added.
      2: Put your render between 17 and 32.
      3: Close minecraft and open 1.7.10
      4: Try to join a world.
