[14w33b] Levers break when updated on top of slab.

      When a lever on top of a half slab is updated (flicked, block placed next to it, powered by redstone, ect) breaks into an item.

      The first picture shows the lever on the slab.
      The second shows after the lever is flicked.
      The third shows a block being placed next to the lever.
