Efficiency not working on shovels

    • It seems that efficiency 4 or even 5 won't insta mine dirt. And it even seems like they mine it as fast as an unenchanted shovel. Efficiency works with pics however. Beacons with haste 2 don't seem to have an effect on the shovels either.
