Just was testing for bugs and i spawned a wither to make sure it worked when it started firing before it spawned making it invincible for a little.

Unconfirmed
Spawn a wither like normal in Snapshot 14w33a and then put some cows or pigs near it and it will move and shoot them (but wont fly!)!
