I had noticed that stairs in my snapshot world had unnatural textures that didn't connect smoothly. I check all other stair types and they had the same problem.
To trigger: Place Oak/Spruce/Dark Oak/etc. Stair

The fences I place look normal when not attached to other fences, but when they are the texture messes up.
To Trigger:
1: Place any type of fence or fencegate.
2: Then attached a second fence to it so a connection appears.
