i just noticed when changing minecraft version from the 14w31a to the 14w32d that the mining speed of the enchanted shovel (i didn't try for the other tools) is pretty similar between an "efficiency 3" one and an "efficiency 4" one and it's also slower than it was in the previous snapshot. it may be a bug and it may also be a nerf.
