I have the most up to date Java version. My computer is a Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 32-bit

When I try to launch any versions of Minecraft higher than 1.7.4, it loads fine until it reaches the new Mojang screen. When it reaches the Mojang screen, it freezes and quickly reloads the launcher. I receive this message:
