When I break double tall grass in either creative or survival, by punching the lower block of the two, the top block of the grass flashes to a top block of the Peony flower before it too breaks. I managed to catch a screen shot (attached) which shows the bottom of the grass breaking as normal but the top showing as a peony instead of grass.
