So, I just died in a nether portal. I was not able to click the respawn or title screen buttons. When you click, they will be clicked (i mean they change texture), but nothing happens. Also I was unable to quit Minecraft - so I needed to force quit. If you enter the world again now, the same screen will appear (respawn/title screen), but this time it works.
