What I expected to happen was i did want to name a villager with a name tag

What actually happened was when I right clicked, I came into the villager trading. Therefore, I can not name a villager

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a name tag, and an anvil
2. Name the name tag something
3. Right-click on a villager, it does not work because of villager trading!
