      What I expected to happen was...:
      Dig Dirt Super fast

      What actually happened was...:
      Dirt was mined slow and as if Efficiency wasn't on it.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Revert back to 14w31a Enchant Diamond shovel with Efficiency dig dirt.
      2. Go to 14w32a/b open that world and dig dirt.
      3. ...
