While i just started playing the new update i decided to mine my chest, and through accidentally touching my mouse pad down, i did the same thing as the person with the sword bug. Instead of the partial mine going away, it simply stayed. Ironically this even works in reverse by partially mining a block and switching to the chest. The chest hit box also seems off and even though i only touched one half the other reacts.
