      Notice: I recreated this because I got a different error message than all other similar reports

      After dieing in a Hardcore mode world and pressing "Delete World", it acts as if you were pressing "Title Screen" in a normal world and asks "Are you sure you would like to exit to the title screen?". It has the options "Title Screen" and "Respawn". Pressing respawn will make the game go back to the Delete World screen with the Delete World button disabled and the console being spammed with

      [Server thread/ERROR]: Couldn't save chunk; already in use by another instance of Minecraft?
      aqm: Failed to check session lock, aborting
      <useless obfuscated stacktrace>

      After this I could not close the game. I had to end the process.
      And I was not running 2 Minecraft instances either.
      Minecraft never got past Attempt 1 on deleting the world.

      I expected the Delete World button to delete the world with/without a confirmation message.
