Wet, underwater sponges still show the drip animation (although the particles swiftly disappear after descending enough).

Cold be fixed by introducing a blockstate to wet sponges that is true when level 8 water exists below the sponge, and stops the sponge from emitting particles when true.

Steps to Reproduce

• Locate a body of water.
• Place some wet sponges underwater.
• Look at the underside of the wet sponges.
• Take note as to whether or not wet sponges placed underwater produce water particles.

Observed Behavior

Wet sponges placed underwater produce water particles.

Expected Behavior

Wet sponges placed underwater would not produce water particles.
