Once in a while, when I place banners, the computer will place one where It's supposed to go, and another INSIDE the block in front of the other banner. (See attached photos.)

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought I would place ONE banner on a block and another banner in front of it.

      What actually happened was...:
I accidentally right-clicked the banner, and the computer placed that banner inside the block in front of it. BTW this works not only if you right click a banner, but also with any other object. e.g. If you right click a side of a grass block, this bug will appear.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Place one banner. Then right-click that banner (with another banner in hand...)
      2. Now you see the proper banner and the improper banner.
      3. But here's the twist. You can remove and place the block that the banner is IN.
