Zooming out a map on the crafting table and then opening it causes the center point to generate in a random spot on the map. This occurs with new and copied maps, and seems to yield a different result based on where I'm standing when I right-click the map from my hotbar.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new map, or zoom out an existing map
2. Right-click it from your hotbar. The first part of the map that is 'uncovered' should be right in the middle, but instead will be all the way off to the side in a seemingly random direction,
