What I expected to happen was...:

Changing the beacon effects.

What actually happened was...:

It closes the menu, kept the same state and won't update to the selected effect.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a beacon base + beacon
2. Choose any effect and try to apply it with iron, gold etc.
3. Notice that it won't update it.
