Some blocks won't appear when I place them down. They get placed down but I can't see them (only an outline) and I need to place another block right next to it to make it appear.
This also happens when I break a block; I break it and it stays visible even though I can go through it or place a block in its place. This is cured by placing another block in its place. (also happens with redstone dust and repeaters).

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Repeatedly place blocks down and break them. It's actually been happening a lot more now (especially with torches) and is geting quite bothersome (edited)

P.S. I noticed this most when I was building a redstone contraption with slime blocks and sticky pistons. And this happens with and without a resource pack. And I was using the faithful 32by32 texture pack in the picture I attached if that helps at all.
