Dropped banners render as fancy when on fast. They turn around.

      When an banner is dropped and you have set your graphics to fast, the banner will turn around as any non-block-items do in fancy graphics. Is this because a banner is considered a block?

      How to re-create:
      1. Set graphics to fast
      2. Get a banner and drop it on the ground

      The banner will be turning around.
