I expected to see the barriers I placed with a barrier in my hand.

What actually happened was...:
The barriers don't show up for me.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.First, place barrier(s) anywhere
2. ...Then hold a barrier in your hand
3. ...Go to Creative Mode (It won't show up)
