I was exploring some grasslands near my home which had all been rendered. When I approached the edge of the loaded area all of the textures were flickering and glitching, with a different repeated chunk every second or so. This continued until I restarted my minecraft launcher. It is back to normal now, but I thought it was best to report it as a bug
