Flowing water does not transport items anymore they just stay still in the stream. This problem only occurs in survival mode, in creative mode it still works.

platform: iOS 7, Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.9.3 and 0.9.4

Reproduce: create flowing water and then drop some items in the flow.

P.s. I file this bug under the minecraft project, because I cannot select MCPE and it is not mentioned where else I can submit bug reports.
