What I expected to happen was...:
I wanted to give me effect hunger*255 for 100 seconds

What actually happened was...:

I typed
/effect G_G_Limetree(me) minecraft:saturation 100 255
and it gave me Saturation*255 just for 100 ticks(5 seconds)

,but when I typed
/effect G_G_Limetree minecraft:speed 100 255
It gave me Speed*255 for 100 seconds
