Bedrock layer above some blocks, chunk graphical glitch

      I was building some stuff when sudenly, a weird bedrock layer appeared above those blocks (see the screenshots). If you'd look at it from the air above it, you would't see it becuse it is invisible then. I also put a forced crash report and i don't know how to reproduce this bug.
