What I expected to happen was...:
load into a normal Minecraft world with no graphical glitches.

What actually happened was...:
all blocks including water had jagged edges and outlines after the 6 block radius. And Anisotropic filtering was missing from the video settings page.

Steps to Reproduce:
Load a world in the snapshot and observe. it should show that anisotropic filtering is missing in the video settings and the graphical errors should be fairly noticable at a glance, I noticed that the graphical error occurs outside of a six block radius from the player position.
