To reproduce:
Build a high speed clock 2 tick clock in 1 chunk and observe the next chunks.
I had to take the video with my phone, as fraps seemed to make the issue go away.

With VBOs:off I get this on the next chunk.
With VBOs:on it is gone, but my FPS is lover.
When I tried to record in on fraps it stopped doing the lag.
