There are so problems with fencegates and doors. Sometimes they look like they are open, but they are actually closed (like in that picture below). Texture is not always changing from closed to open so you can sometimes walk trough a "closed" fencegate.

There is another bug too. You can't open doors or fencegates when you are sneaking.
