What I expected to happen was...
The water was expected to not flash when I looked at it through a nether portal.

What actually happened was...:
The water was a different color when i looked through one portal block., but it looked diffferent through a diferent portal block

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be on Multiplayer
2.Build a nether portal.
3.Put water behind the portal so it is visible from the other side of the portal.
4.Look at the water from the other side of the portal.
