Ladders are inaccessable and crash the game

      I wanted to climb up an already existing ladder (of Snapshot 14w27b)
      But the ladder was inaccessable. It acted like a full, solid block. After that I destroyed the ladder and placed a new one. As I replaced it, the game crashed.
