Basicly, all particle effects, from torch smoke topotion particles are allways shown like they are under water when they are infact not. no matter how long you are from the water so does the water texture show before the particles. This problem seems to have existed for a very long time. i think first time i saw it was in 1.6 and it does still exist, even in the latest snapshots
PLEASE fix!
