      Description

      The bug

      The Id tag in CustomPotionEffects and ActiveEffects still uses numerical IDs for status effects. The first command will work but the second will not.

      /give @s minecraft:potion{CustomPotionEffects:[{Id:1,Amplifier:0,Duration:1000}]}
      /give @s minecraft:potion{CustomPotionEffects:[{Id:"minecraft:speed",Amplifier:0,Duration:1000}]}

      Enchantment IDs fixed in 18w21a.

      I executed this command:

      /give @p minecraft:diamond_boots{ench:[{id:"minecraft:feather_falling",lvl:10s}]}

      What I expected to happen: Enchantment Feather Falling X
      What did happen: Enchantment Protection X
