      CustomPotionEffects still use numeral IDs in data tags.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Run the following command:
      /give @s minecraft:potion{CustomPotionEffects:[{Id:1,Amplifier:0,Duration:1000}]}
      • →  Notice how CustomPotionEffects still use numeral IDs in data tags.

      Information:

      The correct command should look something like this:

      /give @s minecraft:potion{CustomPotionEffects:[{Id:"minecraft:speed",Amplifier:0,Duration:1000}]}
