I was well above water, and when I destroyed a block, the particles that flew off above the water looked like they were in the water.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make some kind of pool or lake and make a 1x1 tall tower in it.
2. Destroy the top block of the tower.
3. Notice the particles that look like they are in water.
