      Issue:
I recently installed from Windows Update the latest driver for my Intel HD 4000 graphic card on my Lenovo s510p.

The update is named "Intel Corporation - Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.2, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.3 - Intel(R) HD Graphics family" where the software update was released in May, 2014 and published on June 4th 2014.

After this update I have been seeing some "glitches" on the screen like the card has some issues while rendering the graphics.

I have the same issue with Runescape while running in OpenGL mode but when I switch to DirectX, then everything works normally.

I then tried to update the graphics driver with the latest available driver from the Intel web site (Intel® HD Graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8/8.1 64-bit version 15.28.22.64.3517) but still add the same issue.

This issue is not showing with the default driver version (version 10.18.10.3282) shipped with Windows 8.1 or by using DirectX over OpenGL.

I believe the issue to be located within the OpenGL code of the latest drivers.

Thanks for your much appreciated assistance.
