redstone very buggy (ticks)

      1) repeaters reversed (4-3-2-1) but redstone ticks (1-2-3-4)
      2) hopper very slow
      3) command block placing redstone block next to him for ultra fast clock = 1-2 tick impulsion
      ...
      all the redstone is very slow.
