      What I expected to happen was...:
      The Redstone Repeater would show up with the delay set to one when I placed it down.

      What actually happened was...:
      The delay was set to the 4th setting

      1. Place a redstone repeater
      2. Delay is set to longest delay without clicking to make it longer.
