Laggy NPC's, villager wood is always pointing to the side

      I started Minecraft, logged in, and when I started my world, I noticed that the items on the ground were looking in only one direction, and that the mobs were lagging when turning, or moving. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem. There is an example of the weird logged villages.
